I just got this error on a board using 2.2.0.9 that did not have any errors with previous versions:

Consistent Nets "DGND" Several nets are integrated into net "DGND"

This occurs when I Verify: Compare to schematic.

It's hard to diagnose without files. Please send both schematic and PCB files to support at diptrace dot com.

So, Alex, please post the answer for the benefit of others.

Thanks.

Never mind... I found the problem. There were two nets in the schematic connected to the 5V line, one called "5V" and another one called "Net18". But in the PCB they were ALL named 5V. Changed the schematic nets to all reflect the name "5V" and all is well.

Larry (K3PTO) used netports with different types for ground net. Therefore he got two different nets in schematic. But in PCB Layout these nets were merged into single net and checking net connectivity reported about that.
