Hello,

I am having problems setting up copper pour clearances. The clearance around the copper pours appear to be driven by the pour with the lower priority.

For example, imagine a large copper pour connected to ground with priority of 1 and a clearance of 10mil. Fully contained inside it, is a copper pour of priority 0 with a clearance of 40 mil connected to +40V. What gets drawn is an island with a clearance of 10 mil.

You would think that the clearance of the higher priority pour would be used, but it is not. Even better would be if the largest clearance of the two pours were used, as this would satisfy the net clearance rules.

I see that I can (kind of) get by this by specifying to use net class clearance, but can be tricky if what I really want is a specific clearance for a specific copper pour. If I have a 40V copper pour, I know I want X amount of clearance for that pour. I don't want to have to edit every net on every pin within the poor to put it in a class.

Thanks
Howard
