If I understand your question, then there are three possible solutions that come to mind...

Method #1
Create a multipart version of the component in your custom library. For information on this, launch the Component Editor and select Help > Component Editor Help. When the Component Editor Help window opens, click on the Contents tab and expand the following topics...
[+]Component Editor
[+]Working with Component
[+]Multi-Part Component
[?]Working with parts

Method #2
Use Net labels/flags without wire connections as follows...
1) Right-click on the desired pin and select Add to net... in the pop-up menu.
2) In the Net dialog box, select Connect without Wire.
3) In the Select Net: drop-down list, choose a Net name; or click on the [+] button, type in a new Net name and select OK.
4) Select OK.

Method #3
Use Bus connectors so you don't need to continuously route a bus everywhere. For information on this, launch the Schematic Editor and select Help > Schematic Help. When the Schematic Help window opens, click on the Contents tab and expand the following topics...
[+]Schematic
[+]Objects
[?]Bus connectors
