Hello,
i'd like to know if is there a way to modify a template for example from ISO, changing tables, inserting a drow (it is possible, i'm sure) and to save it for next schematic drows.

If it's not possible, i think you must save it as schematic, but it will be useful for new release.

Nice day

Are you referring to custom Title Blocks?

My own solution was to create a few blank schematics of varying sheet sizes that get used as templates for starting new projects. For relevant reading see this thread discussing the current problems with the DipTrace Title Block Editor and some workaround ideas - http://www.diptrace.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10785; and this thread with suggestions on how to improve the Title Block Editor - http://www.diptrace.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=10787.
