Hi,
I am new to DipTrace and I am really happy with it.
But I have some questions and I hope someone can answers these to me.

1. What does this gray cross mean?

2. Why a Pin in a Shematic has a line attached? Can I remove it?

3. What does the outer diameter mean (Mounting Hole)?

4. A static via connects circuit parts from different layers, is that right? Why if I preview my PCB in 3D a static via has a hole in it like a pad?

1) The cross marks the center of the hole.

2) In your figure, the pins are rotated 180 degrees wrong, the side with the square is where the wire will be connected in the schematic. Therefore, you don't need to draw the line out from the body manually, like you've done, but just attach the pins to the resistor body. You can change the length of the pins if you right click on them and edit pin properties.

3) The outer diameter is used for copper pour keepout, so that there will be no traces between the hole and the outer diameter of the mounting hole.

4) A static via is a hole through the PCB. The inside of the hole is thinned so that the bottom and top pad is connected electrically. Vias are generally constructed from a lot smaller holes than through hole pads, and have a small outer ring that the trace can connect to.

Hopefully this answers some of the questions.

Might actually said wrong on question 1, it may very well mark the origin of the part! (as it's not there for the other hole, it seems more reasonable).

When creating your pattern in the Pattern Editor, center your part about the origin. This will help later on when rotating the part on the PCB. It will also help when generating pick-and-place files. Be sure to follow industry standards when deciding on the 0-degree orientation. See https://blogs.mentor.com/tom-hausherr/blog/tag/ipc-standards/

This may help you for your future schematic design.
