Hi

I notice that some components use a SSOP28 pattern, but I can't find the pattern itself anywhere in the pattern libs?
I want to add it to a component i made with Component Creator.
Does anyone know where it is in the pattern libs?

I would also like a pattern for a USB mini-B SMD w/ plugs. Does anyone have one?
I'm new at drawing these things myself and am afraid that I'm going to mess it up!

Any help would be great! Thanks.

I uploaded libraries with these patterns. However compare them with datasheets to make sure that my patterns correspond to selected components.

Thanks Alex

Those are great!

I'm still trying to get hold of my datasheet for the mini-usb connectors - it seems that there are a range of different types so will have to wait and see if suitable.

I found some sso-28 patterns in the standard sso.lib file. Would one of those work?

Typically SSOP packages have 5.3 mm body width and 7.8 mm from end to end of leads.
SSO library has some SSOP patterns, but you should select which one is suitable for your component.

Yeah, my component (FT232RL) is standard SSOP (as per your dimensions).

That Mini USB B connector library is for Hirose Connector brand by the part number. Does anyone have the Samtec brand or other common manufacturers to add to this? Alex - Thanks for the Hirose library, btw.
