Digikey's website has links to the datasheet and possibly a 3D model (I didn't take the time to log in to see details on the 3D model):

The infineon "PG-TO220-7-12" package has inline leads that make it impossible to create a through-hole footprint with adequate pad spacing and hole sizes. This package is probably intended for customers who wish to bend the leads themselves before loading into a PCB. What infineon refers to as the "PG-TO220-7-11" package features alternating offset leads that allow for proper pad spacing and hole sizes. It looks like it will match the standard DipTrace-supplied "TO-220-7" pattern (found in the "TO" pattern library), but double-check to make sure. If you already possess the infineon "PG-TO220-7-12" package and do not have many of these to load, carefully bend the leads yourself to line them up with the pads in the DipTrace pattern.

I don't know much about TLE 5206-2S pattern, but this pdf may help you to understand more about TLE 5206-2S pattern. http://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-T ... 53a71779a7
